I grew up fixing / building my own junk (needed a lot of help at first, not so much now.) I spent some time in the military as an Amtrak mechanic and a couple of years fixing semi-trucks. Some of my skills I went to school for the rest I learned the hard way. One thing I've noticed is that good quality workmanship / parts is pretty rare these days. Because of this I started making my own. Other people too notice and began asking me to do work for them as well. Doing work you can be proud of makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. People seem to like the way I do things, and come back for more. That's what has allowed me to out of my own shop. If you are looking for the easy way out, I'm probably not your man. I you are into solid quality workmanship and someone who takes time to do things right, give me a ring. I'd be glad to help you out.
